Upload one executed contract through the intake form. $49, paid up front. That's everything I need.

I audit it.

I review the contract for issues, missing items, signature gaps, deadline conflicts, and brokerage compliance flags.

PDF in your inbox.

Same-day report with everything I found and what needs attention. If you take it to close, the $49 credits toward the $395.
